You probably know someone who would be brilliant at a sales role we’re hiring for. A former teammate who consistently did great work. A friend who’s ready for their next step. Someone in your group chat who deserves a better opportunity.
That’s the idea behind Refer & earn: share a role that genuinely fits someone you know. If your introduction leads to an eligible hire, we can thank you with a referral reward.
What can you earn?
- $1,000 for an eligible direct-hire SDR or BDR hire.
- $2,000 for an eligible direct-hire Account Executive hire.
Only select roles participate. Look for the referral amount and the “Refer someone” action on the role itself. Residency roles do not carry referral rewards. The reward is for the person who refers the candidate—it is not a candidate signing bonus.
How it works
- Find a role that fits. Browse the job board and choose an eligible SDR, BDR, or AE opening.
- Create your referral link. Select “Refer someone,” enter your email, and accept the program terms. Your email identifies you as the referrer.
- Share thoughtfully. Copy your link, send it by email, or share it on LinkedIn. Ask your friend to apply through that exact link.
- We review the referral. Their application is connected to your link. If they are hired and the payment conditions are met, our team manually reviews eligibility and arranges the reward.
You don’t need to collect your friend’s resume or submit personal details on their behalf. They apply directly through the usual application form. Some employers remain confidential during the initial process; share the public role details without trying to identify the employer.
Who qualifies?
The candidate must be new to AlwaysHired’s database and apply through your role-specific referral link. We check existing records and review eligibility before approving a reward.
- No self-referrals.
- No duplicate referral claims.
- No retroactive claims for someone who has already applied or is already in our database.
- Creating a link, sharing a post, or getting an application alone does not qualify for payment.
When is a reward paid?
A referral reward becomes payable only after all of the following:
- The candidate’s hire is verified.
- AlwaysHired has collected the recruiting fee for that hire.
- The applicable guarantee period for that specific role has ended.
- Our team has manually confirmed eligibility and approved the payout.
There is no automatic payment or blanket 90-day promise. Guarantee periods vary by role. We confirm payment details with the referrer as part of the manual review; entering an email is not a substitute for that verification.
A good introduction starts with a good fit
This is about helping someone find an opportunity worth considering, not asking you to spam your network. Read the role, think about who might thrive in it, and share it with them. The hiring team still evaluates every candidate through its normal process.
Browse current sales roles and look for “Refer someone” on eligible openings.
Program terms
The candidate must be new to AlwaysHired’s database and apply through your role-specific referral link. No self-referrals, duplicate claims, or retroactive claims. A reward is payable only after a verified hire, our recruiting fee has been collected, and the role’s applicable guarantee period has ended. All rewards require manual eligibility and payout review. Residency roles are excluded. This is a reward for the referrer, not a candidate signing bonus.
