AlwaysHired has put together an all star panel of Sales and Revenue Operations experts to discuss growth through data at next month’s SF Sales Ops Happy Hour. Below is a brief snapshot of the breadth of knowledge and experience these women will be tapping into for our discussion.
Meredith Schmidt with Salesforce
Meredith Schmidt is EVP of Global Revenue Operations at Salesforce. She joined the company in 2005, right after it’s IPO, to start the Revenue Operations team at Salesforce working for the CFO. The team has evolved dramatically since it’s inception over a decade ago and Ms. Schmidt has steadily risen through the ranks of global sales and revenue operations.
Ksenya Ruban with ON24
Ksenya Ruban is the Vice President of Sales Operations and Enablement at ON24. She has years of expertise in improving predictability of sales forecast, driving processes, establishing metrics, discovering and implementing innovative technologies, designing sales coverage and compensation models. Ms. Ruban has also helped build sales operations for Plex Systems, Imperva and SS8 Networks.
Carolyn Patterson with Yelp
Carolyn Patterson is the Vice President of Revenue Operations at Yelp and has been in this role for over four years now. She holds global responsibility for sales operations, sales enablement, sales recruiting, ad operations, sales compensation administration and territory management. Prior to joining Yelp, Ms. Patterson worked for a multitude of public and well known companies including Facebook and ebay.
