Compensation and work policy
Base salary: $145K–$155K
OTE: $290K–$310K
Equity: Equity
Work policy: On-site 5 days/week (FiDi)
Work authorization: Visa transfers OK (OPT / H-1B transfer); no new sponsorship
Must-haves
- 5+ years as AE closing six-figure+ new business
- Managed 6+ month enterprise cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Based in SF or willing to relocate; 5 days in-office
Requirements and qualifications
- 5–8 years closing enterprise B2B SaaS at top SaaS companies/startups
