Remote · Remote – US (heavy multi-state travel) · Full-time
Compensation and work policy
Base salary: $80K–$90K
OTE: $115K–$130K
Equity: 0.10%–0.20%
Work policy: Remote, on the road most weeks
Work authorization: US work authorization required (no sponsorship)
Must-haves
- Field sales or in-person SDR/BDR experience (pharma, med device, diagnostics or similar door-to-door motion)
- Comfortable at an 8-person startup with long hours
- US-based and willing to travel multi-state most weeks
Requirements and qualifications
- 2–4 years in field sales or SDR/BDR, ideally calling on medical practices
- Trackable in-person prospecting / meeting-booking numbers
- High tolerance for front-desk rejection
