Compensation and work policy
Base salary: $100K–$130K
OTE: $120K–$155K
Equity: Equity
Work policy: On-site 5 days/week; travel 1–2x/month for events
Work authorization: Visa transfers OK (OPT / H-1B transfer); no new sponsorship
Must-haves
- BDR/SDR, marketing, or ops experience at a startup (seed/early-stage preferred)
- Sold to or supported SMB customers – enterprise-only backgrounds not a fit
- Can speak credibly about IT, cybersecurity, networking, or identity
- In SF, on-site 5 days/week; travel 1–2x/month
Requirements and qualifications
- 2–5 years in B2B SaaS GTM roles
- Outbound pipeline generation (cold calls, email, event follow-up)
