Base salary: ~$78K
OTE: ~$130K uncapped
Equity: Founding equity
Work policy: On-site 5 days/week
Work authorization: Visa transfers considered case by case

- Performance marketing / paid media background
- 1–2 years outbound SDR/BDR experience
- On-site 5 days/week in San Francisco
Requirements and qualifications
- 1–2 years B2B or agency sales at a performance-ads agency
- Knows managed-media pricing models
- Hungry, high-output hustler
