This is an opportunity to launch your career in technology sales with a company that is committed to developing future sales professionals - not just filling SDR seats. You'll spend your day prospecting into businesses, making outbound cold calls, qualifying opportunities, and partnering closely with experienced Account Executives to build pipeline. During your first three months, you'll participate in a structured residency program earning $2,500/month while receiving hands-on coaching and ramping into the role. Upon successful completion of the residency, you'll transition to a $49,500 base salary with $60,000–70,000 first-year on-target earnings, along with a clear path into a closing sales position. The company has a proven track record of promoting SDRs into outside sales roles and investing in long-term career growth. Requirements: * Ability to work onsite in North Phoenix during the ramp period (hybrid flexibility available after successful quota attainment) * Previous cold calling experience (B2B or B2C) * Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with new people * Coachable, driven, and eager to build a long-term career in technology sales * A track record of reliability, strong tenure, and a positive attitude
